U9-U23 Academy Performance Analyst Intern

I believe the Progressive value best suits myself as I am eager to learn and develop in my role. Regular seeking feedback and looking to improve my performances.

Film both training and games.
Live capture and Analyse the team and opposition.
Identify, create and deliver Pre/Post-match videos to team, unit and individuals.
Deliver 1-1 analysis sessions to players on the elite player program.
Compile and maintain Best Practice databases and benchmarking data.
Support coaches with projects and tasks in relation to the clubs playing philosophy.
Manage and support Academy Analyst interns.

I like the ambition of the club to continually develop and push the boundaries to become the best Academy in the country. I also enjoy the atmosphere around the academy providing a family feel.

I would like to progress into the PDP Phase before hopefully moving into the 1st team set up. I also want to develop my football knowledge further by obtaining more coaching badges and shadowing experience coaches.
