HUMBLE- I’m a person that wants to keep learning from everyone and don’t look at my experience and feel I’m more qualified than other coaches and MDT staff. I feel I’m a very approachable person and feel staff, players and parents are comfortable coming to speak to me and have a very outgoing personality.

Weekly tasks overview

My role is working alongside the Academy Elite Performance Team to develop players and understand that player development will differ across the 4 corner model.
I will work with coaches and MDT to insure the individual plans are being delivered and evidence is being provided.
Delivering individual or unit specifics sessions throughout the week with the different age groups and watch performance in training and games and give feedback to players, coaches and MDT staff.
Communicate and provide plans to parents and players weekly or 3 week plans.
Communicate to Head of Coaching and football operations on a weekly basis on plans and progression.

What do you most enjoy about working for the academy?

The environment within the club and academy makes it enjoyable to come to work.
Seeing players develop and progress through the academy and become better people.
