Weekly tasks overview

Responsible for Planning, Delivery and Reviewing Of Technical Program training sessions to u9 and Pre-Academy groups.

Manage Weekly PL games programme matches

Liaise with the other Lead Foundation Phase Coaches and MDT on all matters throughout the week.

Liaise/Communicate with U9 parents and ensure the transition from U8 to U9 is smooth and with clarity.

To work in line with the Philosophy of the Academy including the ‘aims and vision’ of the Academy/Club

Keep Performance Management Application (PMA) up to date with all relevant correspondence and data

To provide weekly reports on matches and individual progress/performance including ILPs

What do you most enjoy about working for the academy?

Seeing players development and flourish within the environment and working with a forward thinking, challenging group of staff.

Future career and academic aspirations

To be the best Academy Coach I can be. That includes looking to further development my coaching experience by completing UEFA A Licence and any other relevant courses that will develop myself.
Ultimately, the make a positive imprint in the Foundation Phase at Wolves.
