Weekly tasks overview

#NAME?

What do you most enjoy about working for the academy?

The environment is very inclusive, with highly motivated and engaging staff, who share the common interest of developing young people; staff and players have drive and determination across their own and others’ progression, which promotes a togetherness and a positively cohesive dynamic.

Future career and academic aspirations

I am currently pre-enrolled to start an MBA – Leadership & Management in September 2021. Outside of this, my aspirations are to lead the Education Dept to meet its strategic targets of being recognised as offering outstanding provision across all phases in its progressions and support of learners.
