Humility- In my role I have to put the first teams best interests in front of the u21 team by providing them with the support of u21 players for training when they need them

-Planning and preparing Coaching sessions for the u21 age group
-Delivering coaching session for the u21 age group
-Develop, Update and implement ILPs for the individual players in the u21 age group
-Lead and develop the staff in the PDP phase
-Study and understand the 1st team playing principles to share with u21 staff and players
-Prepare the u21 team for the games programme
