Unity – A team player and always there to support others in the team as best that I can.

Every week is different in the academy but I work to deliver the BTEC element of the education program to the scholars as well as developing evidence to support their apprenticeship.

Along side this I help manage the individual education plans for all U18s including those playing with the U23s, whilst supporting the transition of U16 players into the U18 programme.

I love the environment and working to support players achieve their potential. Working with elite athletes is a unique environment that I thrive upon.

In the future I would like to work towards a head of education role before progressing to work in a club support role with the Premier League or LFE.
