There is no day that is the same and it’s a great environment to work in. The support and team network is always there and there’s always a chance to improve and develop.
Progression is important to me, I always want to be that one step ahead. Although it wasn’t a natural skill at first I’ve become a good leader and communicator. Future developments would be managing a larger team within football and sport with the potential to put my pending MSc to work.
