Lead the Academy Performance Analysis Department
Film, edit and upload U21s training
Film, edit, code and upload U21s matches
Conduct pre-match analysis of upcoming opposition
Conduct post-match analysis of individual and team performances
Produce technical data and visualisations for our players
Maintain analytical documentation on our weekly workflows
Maintain player ILP targets and playlists
The responsibility to lead the Academy department, to guide others to improve and to push the department forward to expand and constantly progress.
In the short-term I would like to gain more responsibility in my current role and to expand the department so as to allow me to dedicate more time to improving the department and the academy.
I wish to continue to develop as a coach.
In the long-term I would like to work as a full-time coach at as higher level as possible. Alternatively, I would be interested in moving up the management ladder.
