Under-23 preview | Wigan vs Wolves

2 min read

Wolves TV’s live stream will cover every moment of the under-23s’ Premier League Cup tie at Wigan Athletic, which will take place behind closed doors on Friday evening.

The round of 16 tie has been subject to a late venue change due to adverse weather conditions and Bower Fold, home of Stalybridge Celtic, has been selected to host the cup tie, which will kick-off at 7pm.

James Collins’ side booked their place in the knockout stages of the competition having finished second in their group behind West Ham United, meaning they must travel away from home to a group winner, with the Latics their eventual opponents.

The youngsters go into the cup tie in good spirits having edged a seven goal thriller with Reading at the start of the week – a Premier League 2 clash which saw Chem Campbell hit a stunning perfect hat-trick and the returning Yerson Mosquera add himself to the scoresheet.

Victory over Wigan on Friday evening would see Wolves book their place in the quarter-finals of the Premier League Cup and supporters can ensure they enjoy every moment with the latest live stream service.

The live Wolves TV match stream, beginning at 6.55pm, can be found here, or click here to watch on YouTube, while supporters can also catch download the Wolves App now on iOS here and on Android here.
