Wolves under-21s entertain Cardiff City at the New Bucks Head on Saturday afternoon.
The old gold currently top Premier League Cup Group H, with nine points from nine following victories in all three fixtures so far.
Last Saturday, 16-year-old Fraser Harper scored the winner in the reverse fixture at Cardiff, as the youngster combined with Fabian Reynolds before finishing emphatically.
The Bluebirds have won two and drawn two of their four games in the competition so far, and currently sit third in the southern section of the Professional Development League.
Meanwhile, Wolves were narrowly beaten by a strong Valencia outfit in the Premier League International Cup on Wednesday evening, as head coach James Collins continues to roll with a younger squad with so many regulars away in Marbella with the first team.
Three points against Cardiff on Saturday would secure progression to the knockout stages of the PL Cup, a competition Wolves were runners-up in last season.
