Wolves under-21s are in International Cup quarter-final action at Crystal Palace on Monday evening.
Competing in the knockout stages of the competition for the first time, James Collins’ side face the Eagles who were beaten finalists against PSV last year.
The Old Gold cruised into the final eight after topping Group A with 10 points from a possible 12 which included victories against PSV, Sparta Prague and Nice.
Meanwhile, Palace qualified for this round of the competition as a best third-placed team after eight points from their four group games.
In Premier League 2, six points and eight places separate the two sides, with Wolves ahead in seventh on 23 points.
Collins’ men are unbeaten in their last four encounters with three wins and a draw, and were derby day victors against West Brom last Monday.
The Eagles are also enjoying an unbeaten run having not tasted defeat in six in all competitions, however it was Wolves who won the last encounter between the two sides – a 3-2 league victory at the New Bucks Head back in September.
