Wolves Academy goalkeeper Joe Young has joined Runcorn Linnets on loan until January.
The 18-year-old departs for his first loan and will look to gain valuable experience in the Northern Premier League Division One West – the eighth tier of English football.
Hailing from Telford, Young has been on the Wolves books for 11 years and stepped up to the under-23s group last term, playing six times in the PL2.
Runcorn begin their campaign on Saturday at home to Widnes and Young is in line to make his debut.
