Wolves under-21s are back in Premier League 2 action on Monday evening, as they travel to face Derby County.
Please note, due to Premier League broadcasting restrictions, Monday evening’s Premier League 2 fixture with Derby County will not be live streamed.
James Collins’ side make their way to the Derby County Training Centre in a change of venue due to a waterlogged pitch at Matlock Town.
The Old Gold claimed their first PL2 victory of the season last time out, as goals from Caden Voice, Dani Angel, Fletcher Holman and Tom Edozie secured a 4-1 win against Leeds United.
And on Friday, the youngsters kick-started their PL International Cup campaign with a 1-1 draw at home to Monaco, as defender Saheed Olagunju scored the equaliser on his under-21s debut.
Wolves are enjoying a run of form which has seen them lose just once in their last six games in all competitions – that solitary defeat coming away to Sheffield United in the PL Cup.
Meanwhile, hosts Derby also have just the one PL2 win to their name so far, with those three points coming in a 1-0 home victory against Newcastle.
The Rams, managed by former defender Jake Buxton, were last in action on 21st September when they travelled to Liverpool, but came away empty-handed following a 3-1 defeat.
