Owen Hesketh has been called up by Wales under-21s for their upcoming UEFA U21 European Championships qualifier against Denmark.
Matty Jones has named a 24-player squad for the trip to Vejle, as Cymru begin their journey to reach the finals in 2025.
Hesketh made his under-21 debut for Wales in the March squad, coming on for the final eight minutes of a 3-0 friendly win over Scotland.
The 20-year-old’s performances for the Old Gold helped James Collins’ 21s retain their place in the highest tier of youth football at the end of last season, before playing a starring role in the Next Generation Cup success in India.
The fixture against Denmark will take place on Tuesday 20th June, with a 5pm kick-off time at Vejle Stadium.
