Responsible for the day to day planning and delivery of the 15/16s training and games program, working cohesively with staff across the inter-disciplinary teams with a view to provide an elite holistic experience for our players, taking into account differentiation. Liaising with parents, players and schools to ensure we are working together to maximise our players full potential. Logging relevant information on PMA, Hudl, Mondays.com & other electronic platforms such as MyConcern. Providing feedback and reflective space for our players and parents.

Observing development of people and sharing their joy when they recognise growth.

I aim to keep refining my trade by ongoing learning and reflective practice with a view to be the best 15/16s Coach in the country. I am looking forward to beginning my next journey on the UEFA A Licence.
