Progressive – I am always looking to develop myself and assist in opportunities for those around me to do the same. My qualifications achieved in the last 5 years display this as well as maintaining a full time role, part time academy role and part time FA tutor role.

Weekly tasks overview

Plan, Do, review of age group sessions in line with the coaching curriculum. Including match days, tours and tournaments. Alongside this coach observations in support of the Head of Coaching.

What do you most enjoy about working for the academy?

Developing players and coaches I work alongside and seeing them gain success.

Future career and academic aspirations

Career aspirations in the short/medium term is to become Head of Coaching at a Cat 1 club. Academically i would like to explore the option of a Masters degree based around the topic of Coaching and Mentoring.
