Which Wolves Value best suits you and your role?

Bright – my role requires me to be bright in a number of different ways. When working with young people it’s important to find ways in which to keep them engaged and interested in their development and also finding new and inventive ways to help them progress. It’s also important to be bright in the relationships I build with the players in order to build trust and honesty to help them develop in the best possible way. I also I need to be bright in helping progress and develop the program at the academy.
