Trialist meetings, dealing with parents by giving them feedback on sessions and there boy, Development centre programme, pre-academy programme, U9s – 16s trialist making sure they know the training days and times.

Selling the club to potential players & parents to join the club
Arranging fixtures for the academy sides
Creating succession plans for recruitment and our scouts
CPD for our local scouts

What do you most enjoy about working for the academy?

The people, love coming to work as the environment is excellent

My future career would be to be a head scout somewhere or wolves! Or to be a sporting director
