Season ticket holders and members can watch Wolves under-23s’ the hunt for promotion into the top tier of English football for free this month as the team return to Molineux for the play-offs.

James Collins’ side will take on Norwich City from 7pm on Tuesday 17th May in the Premier League 2 Division 2 play-off semi-final under the lights at Molineux, just two days after the senior sides go head-to-head at the same venue.

Season ticket holders and members can get free entry into the stadium for the semi-final but must claim their ticket in advance. For non-season ticket holders, tickets cost £4 for adults, £2 for over-65s and under-21s, while under-17s can gain free entry.

It’s been an outstanding season for the development side, who finished runners-up in league campaign, thanks to losing just once since the turn of the year, ensuring homefield advantage in the play-offs.

The team have also reached the final of the Premier League Cup, where they will face Black Country neighbours West Bromwich Albion, following victory at Molineux against Middlesbrough on Wednesday evening.

Head coach Collins said: “These games are brilliant to be involved in. I said to the players that this is what they work for and what you want to be involved in.

“If you’re playing well in games at the end of the season, and winning, that’s always a positive, and that’s what we want to do – win as many games as we can and finish the season strongly.

“We’ve got a really good bunch of players in there who fight for each other, work for each other, and represent this football club brilliantly well.

“Hopefully they’ll get their reward at the end of the season with either a promotion or a cup, or hopefully both. But whatever happens, they’ve represented this football club brilliantly.”

Tickets to watch the under-23s at Molineux must be bought in advance, while season ticket holders, members and under-17s must claim their free tickets by clicking here.

Parking will also be available for spectators on a first come/first served basis in the Stan Cullis and Waterloo Road car parks.
