Wolves Academy is located at Compton Park, Wolverhampton, a 30–minute drive from Birmingham international airport and 10 minutes from Molineux. 

The Academy is a Category One status facility and has produced several high-profile graduates, including internationals Robbie Keane and Joleon Lescott. 

Many other players have gone on to play first–team football at Molineux, including several current Premier League first-team players. 

Wolves are part of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) – a youth development scheme initiated by the Premier League to improve the quality of home- grown players produced by top English clubs. EPP measures facilities, coach education, sports science, coaching practices and philosophy. 

Wolves are ranked third in this process for the whole country (out of 92 professional clubs). 

Wolves’ values are Progressive, Determined, Bright, Humble and Unity. Wolves Academy has five key ‘pillars’ that support these values and guide everything we do.  

From the coaches to the players, from juniors to seniors, from parents to teachers.
